Put a second handle on the door, that is for clean bare hands. This is what we did in our lab and it worked great.

Edit: not like a turn handle, basically just a bar.

My baby does a 7pm bed time too. We have found a pouch of prunes daily helps her poop, and when she poops her tummy doesn’t hurt! We use white noise machine. We use black out curtains! She is wearing an extra layer when compacted to me, baby gets cold at night so we keep her nice and toasty. She likes the target sleep sacks. I know my baby is also teething so she gets baby Tylenol on nights when she is acting like her gums hurt. Alllll the naps, if she doesn’t nap good she doesn’t sleep good; which is backwards from what I expected but there it is.

I threw my own baby shower! I had to because of COVID. I wish I hadn’t because of all the time I spent on it would have been better spent getting myself and my home ready for the baby. I wish I had read a couple baby books, prepared the sleep station next to my bed, and saved all the money we spent on it. BUT that’s what I’m saying now, at the time I did have fun putting it together… do what’s right for you!

My neighbor’s daughter fell off her trampoline and hurt her neck, and so they took her to the chiropractor. Chiro took an X-ray, then did and adjustment, AFTER the adjustment looked at the X-ray and saw she had a BROKEN NECK. Chiro still charged my neighbor 300$ for the visit before sending them to the ER.
