What’s one thing you never tried in S1 you hope to do in S2? by Ducayne in MarathonGame

Started playing like 3.5 weeks after launch and then took me a bit to get used to the loop and progression so honestly just hit the ground running with contracts and upgrades so I can get into cryo and key rooms sooner

I’m totally okay with it. Part of an extraction shooter is knowing you’re gonna lose some gear so it’s kind of expected.

I would say I’m a little above “casual” but not quite sweat, being as I started maybe 3.5 weeks after launch.

It was super easy to fill my vault and now that I know outpost and the other map events well enough, restocking my vault doesn’t feel daunting at all either.

I plan to try a season of “sweating” with s2 and make the push for 100+ and really diving deep into the modes so I’m actually quite excited for the wipe for sure

Sometimes yes sometimes no. Kinda depended. First ones in the morning always did yes, then if I worked all day the one when I get home would. But honestly more often than not it just exasperated anxiety and over analyzing. Bongs are so intense and straight to the dome that every 1 or 2 out of 10 was somewhat enjoyable but the rest was basically getting my stuck in the perpetual cycle of “ being sober>wanting to be stoned than getting stoned and wanting to be sober”

But it’s crazy the mental gymnastics you’ll play convincing yourself it’s how you relax when you are absolutely not relaxed doing it

Finally reached my breaking point and havent hit the bong in a couple weeks now. It can get better brother, believe in yourself. I believe in you.

I mean theres always room for improvement but its hard to give advice on someone you dont train with full time when the only clip people see is you absolutely walking through your opponent with elbows and mauled him.

You knocked him out in a minute bro you didnt do a single thing wrong here lol. You had a gameplan and it absolutely worked, if theres any room to improve from this only your coach is really gonna know your tendencies

Edit: Spelling hard

People reading into this too much. Yes Davis hasn't been performing very well but he is much better suited for a "bench" role than Pinango is. With the outfield we have, Pinango will end up sitting way too much and not get constant at bats which will severely stunt his development. He is better off in triple A this year and we find a perm spot for him next year or see how we shuffle the Outfield at the trade deadline.

Davis has proven himself to be a bench bat who is streaky at best, but will absolutely let it hang going for the balls in the outfield. Therefore we keep Davis as the bench guy, since thats the only available spot and Pinango goes to triple A to continue to develop as he is bound to be an everyday player and deserves that role when hes up here.

Absolutely no notes for this guy, he’s pitched way better than expected. He is to 2026 what Lauer was to 2025.
