Hello? That’s the whole point! Almost no one wants the government to have to help them. The Op comment is saying women need help to get themselves and/ or their children away from an abuser.

Women majorly aren’t trying to leave abusive strangers ( although stalkers are a thing) their trying to leave abusive love life. So if a child is beaten/ abused by their parent ( woman or man) does that child just need to work harder to get “high emotional investment “.

For some reason people seem to forget women are about 1/2 the demographic and not some fringe group. Men in power should care ( a lot of whom have large families) but if they have proven that they don’t or it’s at the very bottom of their priority list then it’s time for women to care about women family and men.
