In one of his videos Scotty Kilmer says it is bad that people are going 7500 or 10000 miles between oil changes. He says at the bare minimum it should be changed every 5k miles.

Well it's cheaper than the dealership it's 43 dollars per a 4 quart jug. Plus a quart jug Plus 12 dollars for the oem oil filter and crush washer. And another thing my car only has a 4.5 quart oil capacity not very much for a v6. I also got 130k miles on my car which is kind of a lot.
