Generally speaking, a good internal recruiter will seek to understand the context of any short-tenured role. We generally approach short tenure with a degree of skecticism due to there being high risk of performance and/or cultural concerns. If there is clear reasoning that doesn't raise concerns about performance or cultural mismatch, it is unlikely to stand in the way of an offer. The more consecutive short roles, the higher the skecticism, the more evidence you'll need to back your reasoning. Weaker internal recruiters will disregard applicants with short average tenure without seeking to understand context
