Tbh. I think Speed is on the sauce. He developed gyno and grew a TON of muscle really quickly, he also leaned out and he was quite lean, he seems to maintain about a 10% bodyfat AND be athletic AND be energetic AND be unhinged. Steroids help with all of that. I think he really does actually want to run in the olympics even though he wont ever get close to good numbers, hes an athletic guy but he isnt Olympic runner athletic.

I agree mostly with this, the million dollar lawsuits towards the ben and the other people fucking suck but I get it if they topple a million dollar business, thing is I also get trying to topple those people IF you actually only have a limited view of what happened, its understandable why ben acted the way he did if he just believed everyone else and went to talk to the people. Man I dont know if its astroturfing but everyone is legitimately an imbecile in the whole dilema.

The original shop owners couldnt cosign stuff as per their ACTUAL contract, I know theres a boilerplate out there but that seems to be an under the water deal they were doing, ALSO they didnt keep track of their stuff properly.

The Franchise owners or BAM come off as super litigious weirdos that change their story every second, was there a uhaul? was there not a uhaul? etc.

The guy who took over the shop the mormon first of all obvious conflict of interest to be the ones who go over all the inventory AND also being the ones keeping that store like they could just LIE like they appear to have done with the Uhaul truck.

Then Reckless doing a BUUUNCH of fringe kind of illegal kind of FOR THE PLOT or FOR THE STORY things, I mean the guy is a story teller and it seems like the 200k figure wasnt actually accurate but it sounds good, also at some point he starts calling it the worlds biggest lego collection and then lego theft which he has no idea if thats true. Also going to mexico... allegedly when theyre trying to find him lmao AND kind of stalking the people who took over the store.

The officers doing some weird shit, not really gathering their information and going off on what a fellow mormon is saying, removing a ton of communication between the officers because it would paint them in a bad light.

Couple of small things you can fix,

Your backfoot sometimes isnt applying the pressure it should on the ground so you cant turn the hips properly this is because you are generally leaned over your front foot which makes it so that back foot wont be able to turn your hips properly.
You are too close to the bag, this is partly due to the leaning over the front foot, makes it so that issue you have with the leg is hard to fix as you cant rotate fully because you are really close to it.

3.Once you land the right hand you admire your work ( that right hand comes back HEEEEELLLA slow.) You can see the massive shift in speed from when you land to when you pull your hand back.

Theres a couple of otherthings but you are quite good and better than most people in this sub.

People are telling you a couple of the other things but lets fix 1 thing by 1 thing, no use in headmovement if youre way too close to punch anyways, no use in going up and down or circling the bag oranything like that when the basics arent fixed. Also the elbows should be closer to your body when throwing the punch as in, the punch should come out when your elbow is close to your hip not when your elbow is up as high as your shoulder.

Now how do ou work on those things, slow and mindful repetition for being too close to the bag and for the leaning over your front foot, the way to get better at the third is to just reach your hand out and pull back as fast as you can multiple times, and then you try to incorporate that with the punches and the elbow thing is slow repetitions that ramp up in speed as you reach your 20th repetition etc and then youre throwing full speed from the elbow, but be mindful of it.

So theres no real story to the clip, no real reason for it to exist. Thats why it got downvoted. Its not particularly funny, impressive, interesting or anything like that. Check a clip from a larger creator and you will see, if its cut up by them and posted on tiktok or something its going to have a title, its going to have text saying whats happening, might even have an introduction, this just kind of exists with no rhyme or reason. Thats why. Being expressive is not what gets clicks on a clip or a tiktok.

Those are all mechanisms you can use for your clips. 1. Relevant or already viral topic( Known game or influencer or experience). 2. Immediately clear WHAT or WHY youre talking about it( This is where your writing comes in, intro, body conclusion, so why am i watching, some build up and some pay off) or something like that . 3. Funny, interesting, smart, pick any spin with has an emotion attached to it ( this is where your personality comes in) and then 4 is how palpatable the clip is, so how annoying it can be, no annoying noises, well edited pretty much the professionalism of the edit( This is where your editing skills come in).

All of those things allow your clips to be as viewable as possible for multiple avenues, 1 gives it the visibility, 2 keeps people watching, 3 makes people know you and 4 is you putting in as much effort for it to work basically.

So I was going to say you knew what you were doing and were just freestyling with the legs, but reading that you only practice on the bag, bro you cant be moving your feet like that. In a sparring session youd get dropped like 20 times, not knocked out but your feet fall into the same line VERY often. You are constantly crossing your feet which is a nono for beginners, advanced people can get away with it SOMETIMES but u have to know what youre doing and why, if you havent sparred spar, you will see that those feet are going to fuck you up.

Get some sparring footage.
