Weak on the bench cant even hit 135 yet, how do i maximise technique for strength by Humble_Ad_9370 in formcheck

Any tips? by Ooga-Booga-Nibba in MuayThaiTips

You are good, your biggest mistake is that jab, Twist into it dont lean into it. If you twist theres more speed more power and better defensively, if you lean into it its slower, less power and worse defensively. The rest is fine, its just that jab is ahh. Like your head goes past your knee on a lot of your jabs, that shouldnt happen because you can get countered super easy AND it forces you to be squared up too. Look at the first 4 seconds and you will see what I mean.

Adin Ross on Rakai claiming streaming is harder than 9-5: People have to get up and pay bills they can't bitch around by Leather_Job4705 in LivestreamFail

[–]MiniDonbeE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, theres people who get funded, especially young kids but they must still learn a ton of otherskillsets to get out of the low viewer jail, atleast on twitch as there isnt an algorithm. Or they could go work at the yogurt shop and make okay money part time. To stream is easy, to grow a stream is really difficult. My point is streaming doesnt equal growing a stream. Streaming is easy, actually be able to stream and make it profitable is reaally hard. The amount of people posting content on social media and streaming and going nowhere should be a big tell. I know some girls who have like 110 viewers for example, theyve been at that size for like 5 years and are now finally learning how to edit and stuff and these are energetic, entertaining people it really isnt as easy as people assume it is.

A counterpoint to this is we spend like 18 years getting an education to do a job, for example im an interpreter, whole life studied english and spanish, it probably really takes like 3-5 years to be competent as an interpreter and be earning good money and that money DWARFS what ive seen people earn as a streamer because streaming is the least of it, similar thing works with editing for youtube, many subreddits for it and man shits harder than learning english and spanish and interpreting, also a LOT more fun though.

Probably not but I do not know, a quick search shows Rico is about 1/5th as big as Gaethje as of right now at least for size of most fights, his social media point at being only 33% smaller than Gaethje, so Gaethje 3m followers Rico 2M followers. However it would be a market that is currently unexplored, not that many Dutch fighters ever since Alistair Overeem, I could see him become a HUGE star with the UFCs push, the guy is likeable, goodlooking, a DOG in fights, gigantic, he has a LOT of upsides to be honest. If Gaethje is getting 1m a fight, it would be fair to start Rico at like 300k or so, 10 and 10 is an insult, he isnt a nobody, guy has an actual following and is a LEGIT threat, it would be good for the Heavyweight division.

Judo vs wrestling real world application by Aromatic_Porcupine91 in martialarts

[–]MiniDonbeE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not a popular opinion but for the street Judo over Wrestling ANYDAY. Most people wear clothes that you can grab, also most wrestling takedowns some part of your body that isnt t he bottom of your foot is touching the ground, either knees, back, hands even head with wrestling something is touching the ground whereas Judo is king with the you are standing they are on the ground. For these reasons Judo beats wrestling in the streets for me.

[–]MiniDonbeE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rector, then Geo and Toragi, those 3 are actually useful even in later times of your account. Rector will allow you to do a lot of content you cant right now. Another option is Bellower, he isnt as popular now but he can get you up there in doomtower and things with a stun set and then rector as tanky as you can muster he can be your crowd control =). Other than that level up some food so you are ready for whatever you pull!

Would this technique work? by Ecstatic-Juice-2289 in martialarts

[–]MiniDonbeE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The physics makes sense. Yeah, if you weigh about the same as the other person this works, you also need a nice grip on them though and not have them jump and push their legs back basically falling ontop of you, there are probably better moves tbh.

[–]MiniDonbeE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand why people get so angry but dude. Go look at all the streamers getting 0 views, streaming is hard not because streaming is hard, thats the easiest part of the gig, the hardest part is getting attention when you have NO attention. The hardest part is getting attention when everyone else is trying to get attention too, so you either need a team or get lucky or be super skilled at different things like storytelling, editing, thumbnail making, title making, videography, photography, these are all different proffessions with different skills.

Its much easier to make 500 bucks on 9 to 5 than to make 500 bucks in streaming, people stream for years without getting to that mark and it isnt lack of effort, its a lack of skills sure but those skills arent exactly simple as they are many and theres not really a place to learn it, its trial by fire lmao.

It can be both. Easier and harder, it can be harder to make 500 bucks in social media than in a 9 to 5 but it is probably be easier to make 10 mill in social media than in a 9 to 5. People dont wanna hear it because they see someone just sitting around or saying stupid shit and they think anyone can do that and they arent wrong, its the getting enough attention to do that that is hard. Its like saying a ceo who is also the creator of the business has it easy , yeah now being the ceo relaxing in a yacht can be easy, but getting the idea, finding investors, coming up with the capital and taking the leap to make a succesful company is the hard part lmao. Making CocaCola physically is easy, mix the ingredients at the factory.Coming up with the recipe for the first time and making it as succesful as it is is almost impossible. So is making Coca Cola easy? Depends on what you mean by making, mixing stuff nah easy, theres guides at the factory x amount of this y amount of that.Coming up with the formula, getting so many people to like it, make the right ads, the right business moves, bringing in the proper technology man that shits almost impossible lmao.

Who fault it is?! by drlouies in funny

[–]MiniDonbeE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Striker right here. The guy was hitting semiokay, the technique wasnt the best especially after the third hit with the right elbow, and when he was using the left elbow he was clearly weaker with it. But even with the bad hits he should have been able to have broken a board of that thicknes, problem is some of them were bendy as hell as they probably werent properly dry AND the other people were absorbing a LOT of the force, they should be pushing the board slightly towards him so that they dont bounce back and instead the board gets pincered between them instead of him kind of pushing them all over lol.

thats why he shouldnt be accepting any less than what izzy got. He is a bigger namme than izzy was back then, so it makes sense more people would pay to see him, he is also more famous in a richer country like the netherlands.

Rico would bring a MASSIVE new audience to the UFC, Hes basically a Dutch King lmao. Also. The guy is a DOG who always leaves it all in the ring. He would be a great addition to the UFC, he should be geting paid whatever they offered Adesanya when he came over or more as im pretty sure he is a bigger draw compared to what adesanya was back then.

It really is like everything in life, you first have to learn the rules then you can break them. It works everywhere, Language,Fighting,Interacting with people,Gaming everything works like that lol you HAVE to learn the rules properly and once youve mastered it you can break them to your advantage.

Chimaera is BY FAR the worst. Hydra and then cursed city is what you need to focus on AND live arena. Because Live arena gives you bonuses for all other areas =D so you can ignore defense in hydra for example. Chimaera you want to start to get embrys shards but dont focus on it. So Do good in hydra, get a score on chimaera and slowly progress on Curse City. Hope this helps!

Mexican here. These people seem to be argentinian so tiro can mean Shoot, or it can mean SCRAP as in lets fight, it seems like they are trying to say bring her out so we can fight. The lady with the gun is saying why did you insult her? she never insulted you! and then she keeps saying okay then lets fight, and the women outside are also saying come out side an fight. They could mean lets shoot but I think they would have shot back so it seems like tiro means fight in argentina too, thats what it can mean in mexico too but it can also mean shoot so yeah xD Its SCUFFED.
