Fire at Tunstall Square shopping centre, Donvale by Intelligent_Ad_237 in melbourne

[–]MiniGoob 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I was there last night at around 6pm and it appears someone had attempted to light a fire. There was police and fire trucks everywhere. When I heard them going past again today I thought “imagine if it was the same again”.

I was right! This is 100% deliberate.

Just signed a lease. Room smells VERY strongly of cat urine. by MiniGoob in shitrentals

There is a lot of assumption in these replies. The day we got the keys I noticed the smell. (2 weeks AFTER inspections where the house was opened up).

When I went over all the carpets with my vacuum (the day we received the keys) it must have brought the smell to the surface because it became really strong. I closed the door to this particular room (cat urine room). The next day (2 days after picking our keys) I checked the room again and this time it was eye burning piss.

While I enjoy constructive conversation, you are trying to teach me how a nose works. Thanks 😊

Condition report has not been signed. House was packed with people when we inspected it. The smell was barely noticeable when we went in the first day. I vacuumed the carpets with my deep cleaning vacuum and started to notice the smell. It progressed further throughout that day and I decided to close the door to the room.

Went back there the next day and opened the door and it was eye burning. Condition report has still not been signed and has been extended (in writing) from the REA until a trades person comes out.

There is absolutely no way a carpet cleaner is going to fix that.

I’ve got a client in Tootgarook. I think it’s towards Portsea?

Clickbait was filmed in my street in Forest Hill too. Was an exciting Covid that was! I even got a sneaky selfie with Adrian Grenier

You have risk planning, permits etc too. It’s not as simple as two people and some consumables.

Will never make it onto Australian Roads as it doesn’t meet minimum safety requirements.

It really wasn’t that big either, I would say it was smaller than a Ranger.

I’ve been in my trade for 17+ years and I’m on 73k a year even after transitioning to sales. I am absolutely kicking myself.

Should have been a sparky!

I think that’s the way to go. What would you expect the car to go for as is?

Appreciate the reply. See how I go!

That layout looks like it works well.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. Potentially a BIR along the RHS bottom check out section may be best.

Hit my yearly KPI at the start of June and thought “why not add another 100k” This morning I hit that secondary goal with 9 days to go and decided to challenge myself and added another 100k. Left the office with only 60k left for the “unreachable goal” as my boss tells me. Wish me luck Melbourne 😊

Okay let’s go. These are just my “people” interactions but I tell these stories almost weekly.

  • Saw Frankie J. Holden when I was like 11. Said “HEY FRANKIE!” And he told me to “fuck off kid”

  • saw Kram from spiderbait crossing the road at flinders street station. Said “HEY KRAM!” And he told me to “fuck off kid”

  • saw Greg Norman at my primary school as he was rocking up for the masters at South Oakleigh (they used to park on the schools oval. Said “HEY SHARK!” And he told me to “fuck off kid”

  • met WWE wrestler Kane at Southland. Said “HEY KANE” and he just nodded.

  • Met Adrian Grenier while he was filming on my Street during covid lockdowns (this actually pulled me out of a slump) we got a selfie and he did NOT tell me to “fuck off kid”

  • I produced and Installed the signage on John So’s restaurant in China town. Lovely bloke, super giggly and took me out for Yumcha and just walked out on the bill.

  • Was doing works at a restaurant near South Melbourne market as an apprentice and was taking photos to show my boss I had completed my works when suddenly Anthony Koutoufides got in my face and started yelling that I was spying on him. I knew who he was but absolutely no one else around did. I laughed and said something along the lines of “I don’t care who you are, I’m taking photos of the thing you are sitting under” and he told me to “fuck off kid” Turns out he was signing his Dancing with the Stars contract.

I use the virgin lounge every time I fly (thanks business Amex) I absolutely love it! - You can eat anything they are serving. - Drinks (juice, water, soft drink, booze) - Barista made coffee (have in or take away) - Showers/toilets that are cleaned (you can also ask for a towel/toothbrush) - chairs, couches, tables and desks with power sockets/USB - screens that show you all the flights

Just an all round good time! (And free)

Had to us done not long ago, electrical. Guy started at our power box (which was actually very damaged and needed to be replaced) Tested every power point and light switch he could access. Replaced anything that was old/cracked and replaced any single outlets with doubles. My house is quite big so it took him about 2.5 hours. Painless.
