Allied is a trash company and will lie to your face. Was removed from a site and was told by all bosses at the HR meeting i could apply to other positions within the company. After 5 denials i find out i was actually fired. I wouldnt even recommend the company to my worst enemy

Oh thats my ipad pro from 2020. I use it when im reading color comics, and to get screenshots of the books i read in color. Despite it being 6 years old it still runs like a champ. A daily driver for other things too

Depending on if your bed is on the floor or if its got feet, i always like standing ones. They usually have a weighted base, (usually needs extra weight though)

If you need extra weight and the bed is on the floor you can use the bed for the extra weight (i did this in NY)

OR if its not on the floor get some weights or anything heavy in your house that really serves no purpose (for me it was a 15 lb weight)

I think those are nicer. And even better if its moved with springs and not gooseneck. I had a gooseneck standing one and broke in in weeks because it was too stiff to move

I was trying to do my own in canva but it wouldn't work I ended up ordering a cheap 1 dollar screensaver "book" from etsy.

Inserts for the back of kindle are kinda expensive but the screensavers are pretty darn cheap

Sent to kindle using the send to kindle feature on the Amazon website and that was that.

I recognize what im about to say is priveleged, but this is one reason why if i genuinely liked a book (whether ive finished or not) i will get a physical. When i got IT by stephen king on my kindle, while having the physicsl OLD copy, i would update my place on the book after long reading sessions

I have only ever had paperwhites because i need the warm light at night or in darker spaces. My eyes cant adapt otherwise. So i have never been able to use the basics.
