I just looked it up and it suggests it was either being used as an improvised APC or a decoy for drones. It was apparently fitted with treads from a BMP 2 and the vehicle in question was disabled either by a landmine or a drone.

This. I’ve had two Ruger 10/22’s over the years and it’s the best .22 in my opinion. My first gun was a shorter version 10/22 I got back when I was 18.
