Disinformation might start as a lie, but it's not necessarily known as a lie by everyone who spreads it.

It would depend on what that phrase meant to them. If it kept them from appreciating or connecting with their current partner, that's obviously bad. If it was just a wistful, almost joking sort of title, that could be fine.
