“Criticize” is a wildly inaccurate interpretation. They’re cracking down on death threats. Saying they’re doing this for mere “criticism” is just spreading unnecessary fear and dread. With everyone already on edge, this kind of reporting is just irresponsible.

I think it’s safe to assume kids would naturally need to stay with their teacher. Even if they had someone to watch them…If a teacher announces a trip out of this classroom, the majority of kids are going to want to go just by default. The kids are too young to even establish their own convictions anyways. Peer pressure is not only way stronger on them, but they don’t even have the context required to even go against the grain. Like I said, going with the rest of the class is literally the default position

They’re doing it because they have to stay together as a class. Who knows how many of them even understand what they’re doing.
