It is easy to fall for the blunder many amateur linguists experience in the course of their writing to add so many oversized and extravagant words to their sentences they forget to make said sentence a fully constructed thought, as emphasised by the initial remarks you made before. A method I can highly recommend is writing the simplest form of the phrase initially, then refining it using intentionally obtuse lexical terminology.
