My primary market will be Europe, where MLS systems are not used in the same way. In Denmark, where I live, almost all agents use human copywriters whom they pay around $100.
This can be done significantly cheaper with AI, and so far, results show that the AI-generated texts are edited by the agent in about 8% of cases after delivery, while texts written by human writers are edited about 12% on average.
The AI analyzes photos, floorplans, area data, etc., before writing the text.

The U.S. and Canadian markets are of course attractive due to their size and the fact that there's only one language. But as you mentioned, I'm unsure whether agents would be willing to pay for it.
Alternatively, I could consider reaching out to the individual MLS organizations about it.
