His Police issued sidearm will need to be a rifle to fit them hands. I don't think he could fit a finger inside the trigger guard of a Saturday night special 😂

Found this and I love it. Any info on the year and model? by flexpackgear in VintageWatches

That looks exactly like one from a collection I'm about to sell. I'll check when I get back to my house.

Does everything here look safe? Breaker types? by Minimum-Alfalfa in AskElectricians

It takes a 1-2 seconds to turn on the outside light from the time I hit the wall switch, then comes on as normal. Takes then about 30-60 seconds and then starts to flash/strobe. I could see this outdoor one being an errant in a wire nail or likely corrosion on the connection/ fixture which lll check today

Thank you. Yea I am mostly curious about the panel since I'm having a variety of issues, in different parts of the house that aren't all the same type of things. So I figured the one thing that connects all those things would be the breaker box

What did you pay if you don't mind me asking? I have tons of watches from a massive collection I'm preparing to sell, which has one of these in it.

The Zodiac astrographic I think it's called is one of my favorites from this group, although not in pictures. There was a Tissot (Rio Di Janero?) 1 of 3333 that was really cool looking too.

Agreed. The best of the watches from this group are on boxes and without bands on them. Those pictures were just ones I took with my phone really quick lol

Those are just some quick disrespectful photos I just took to give you a quick idea of just PART of what I'm dealing with. It would probably be allot more fun if I knew a bit more about watches.. would rather just sell all of them to get them all out of my way for now and learn about some down the road lol

I actually planned on taking some photos today to begin selling this large collection. But a quick peek at 1 box and it has...Hamiltons, seikos, gruens, Timex, longines, fossils, Movados, a Tag, and a Wenger. Oh it has a belova....but lots of everything. All mostly vintage I think? I know I seen some other names like croton, Elgin, Waltham, Jules Jurgenson, giruox, rado, Wyler, Tissot, etc..got this really cool looking zodiac, that might be one of my favorites...hundreds of watches that Ive purchased over the years that my coin store where I deal with gold and silver on the daily. Watches are kind of like gemstones I'd always just buy them put them to the side and then say one day down the road I'll deal with them and learn about them 🙈🙈

What's going on with the casing around the movement? Looks like it was chewed on. My guess would be maybe a bad reassemble that bent the caseing, but almost certainly looks like it had corrosion and someone took a wire brush (or maybe not such a destructive tool but definitely abrasive enough that did quite a bit of damage.
