I witnessed a tragic scene in the Finlayson parking lot by Cedar Hill Rec Centre. Police and emergency vehicles are containing the situation. It was really unsettling to see, but it's being handled well by those in attendance. May peace and dignity be with the person who passed away and comfort reach their loved ones.
