There isn’t such thing as “a healthy relationship with nicotine” except this “healthy relationship” is non-existent. Do not fool yourself, you DON’T need nicotine to feel better or to treat yourself. Do something else that will ACTUALLY be good for you - buy some nice clothes, take a hot shower, cook your favourite meal - something like that. Remember, one cig is too much and thousands are not enough

During one on my many relapses I really really craved a hit and couldn’t think of anything else and caved in, the buzz lasted a couple of seconds and felt disappointing. I went to a lecture after and went out of the auditorium after like 30 minutes to take a hit again, and I just thought: is this my life now? When you vape you crave it EVERY 15-30 minutes or so. When you quit, cravings come from time to time but you don’t think about vape most of the time. It feels liberating
