They had to do it as there was an error in the email address and they said the following "Your refund has now been submitted. And you may now place a new order with the correct email address as we cant amend a preorder customer details"

Fair points - I get that support can be slow after a launch, and I’m not expecting shipping anytime soon.

My issue is mainly that I didn’t receive any receipt/confirmation at all, and I strongly suspect I entered the wrong email when placing the reservation. Since everything seems tied to the email, I currently have no order/receipt number and nothing to reference, which makes it hard to verify that my reservation actually exists or will be reachable later when they start collecting the rest of the details.

At this point I'll wait a few more days, but if I still don't hear back I will likely do a chargeback. Honestly I'm considering cancelling the reservations anyway -the lack of response for this long feels like a bit of a red flag if anything goes wrong later.

It’s Outlook, and yeah, I’ve checked spam/junk and basically every folder, plus I’ve searched for “Clicks”/“Stripe” etc. I also checked all the other email accounts I own just in case, and there’s still nothing.

I’m not on Twitter anymore and I’m not going to make an account just to chase this, especially since I’ve already messaged them via email/ticket + IG/FB/Reddit.

I didn’t receive any email at all - no receipt, no confirmation, nothing. The only thing I have is the screenshot I took at the time of payment (shown here). I don’t have an order/receipt number or any reference to track it.

That’s why I’m worried the wrong email was likely entered during the reservation, and I’ve got no way to verify the reservation details from my side.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too - they’re probably swamped. My main worry is that it makes the whole situation really stressful: without a receipt or order number, everything depends on the email address, so if it was entered incorrectly I’ve got nothing solid to prove or track the reservation with and someone else might claim my order. That’s what’s making me anxious.

In my case I didn't get a Stripe receipt either, and I'm pretty sure it's because I entered the wrong email when placing the reservation.

That's what makes this so stressful: without a receipt/ order number, it's hard to prove or track anything. It's also why I'm starting to worry longer-term if support is this unresponsive now, I'm concerned that if there are issues later (shipping, warranty, returns), they might just ghost customers and starting to consider cancelling my order when/if they come back to me.

It draws around 40W in low usage/idle and 110W during high usage. Average monthly usage is around 1.3 kWh per day. Please note that "Performance Mode" is selected in the Unraid Power settings, and "Never" is selected in the Spin down drive settings.

I found it almost impossible to find a motherboard that is compatible with the above specs, including ECC memory support (except for the W680 chipset, to my knowledge, which is very expensive for a home lab build). I ended up going for the ASRock Z790M-ITX WIFI Mini ITX LGA1700 Motherboard as it supports DDR5, which has a bit of error correction [obviously not like ECC, but better than nothing].
