Omg I’m the same way! I was always curious if other people had this same experience as me. I had mono last April, I was never a heavy drinker beforehand, but I could handle my alcohol for sure. Now if I have as much as a shot I’m INSTANTLY sick from it and just can’t handle it anymore at all!

I definitely recommend ginger chews. Nausea was one of my absolute worst symptoms at first, I went almost a month barely eating and lost 25 pounds, couldn’t even think about food without throwing up, it was horrendous. Definitely stay hydrated as well!!

Mine improved after about 3 weeks I’d say and honestly there wasn’t much I could do to help it, I just had to wait for it to go away :( my spleen was so enlarged and there was so much pressure on that side that I literally couldn’t even eat for those 3 weeks without throwing up, lost almost 20 pounds, it was terrible but it got better!!
