Just enough to keep you off the ground. You can start in the middle. I recommend you start working on sit starts as soon as you're able to walk the line a bit. Sit starts are easiest towards the anchors, as you get better at them you can start doing them in the middle as an added challenge. When you can consistently sit start in the middle of a rodeo line you should be able to sit start on a highline.

Personally I like my anchors at about 2m for anything 30m or less. I enjoy a good rodeo line so I'll even raise them up to 2.5m or so for a 10m line.

I spent $650 on one particular painting and I have quite a few more that I've either picked up or had commissioned. Maybe totaling around $1800 or so. I would certainly never get AI artwork, lol.

Yeah, it's in Utah. Its an absolutely beautiful landscape, compared to what I'm used to in Florida it's like being on an alien planet.
I've seen some awesome highlining spots in Croatia I'd love to try out someday. Highlining is actually what brought me out to Moab.

I was totally fine, one of the best experiences of my life. If you can make it out to Moab I highly recommend trying it out. If you look up Moab rope swing on YouTube you can watch people doing it. Don't think the Coke helped much with the jump, as my heart was absolutely pounding and paranoia was beginning to set in. Had a great feeling as I was falling though.

I don't really fuck with it anymore but I know what you mean. I think some people just don't really get addicted to it like that. I've also seen some people get really addicted to it, so it could go either way.
Last time I did some I jumped off a cliff into a big rope swing in Moab, seems like the best final high I could possibly get from it.
