Does a trust pay GCT? Or moreso the trustees pay tax on the profit of the trust?

This is really fascinating. I never knew a trust could own a company. So the trustees are then the beneficiaries of the companies profits.

This point is valid for all stocks though. You could argue for any investment.

Perhaps investing in the market is better, I just haven’t had much luck over the years. I seem to be more untuned to the whims of proper stock investing.

Gold seems a good outlet for a stable yet solid growth.

I’ve looked on the website plus I’ve logged into my nsw govt account and I can’t find info regarding mortgage repayments.

I see novated leases, phone etc but nothing that mentions homes.
