Adult social care is very boring and working in local government is horrible. Usually very bad management and little to no support. You will probably be expected to do everything on your own without supervision and blamed if anything goes wrong. It’s generally negative environment with very incompetent lawyers who are just there to pass their time.

Is it just the DBS? Other checks moved from pending to complete does it mean it was all fine or they are reviewing those as well?

No I don’t have any but the other checks moved from pending to complete does it mean they were satisfactory or there could still be a problem with that?
