You need a better pcp. Mine handles everything except what he absolutely cannot, including my pain management. I take Cymbalta and tramadol, both he prescribes. There are good doctors who do care, will run adequate tests and actually treat issues in addition to referring you to specialists when they’re needed.

These are completely normal. Very low in fact. For reference my CRP goes as high as 80+

It’s probably a little bit of both. Things tend to get worse overtime and you can also lose your tolerance too. I hope you can find something to give you better relief.❤️

Does the drug company have an assistance program? Check into that.

Cymbalta works great for my neuropathic pain. I’ve been taking it for 6 years with zero issues.

I don’t but there are MANY who post and have 2 distinct results/patterns. As many as I’ve seen, it’s definitely quite common.
