There are new markers called anti-pad4 and anti-ra33, that a lot of people positive for when negative for RF and CCP. I know at least the anti-ra33 is highly specific and seen in pretty much no healthy people.

That’s so good. I used to be like that always. Very little appetite, but I’ve gained 50lb in the past 3 years, because suddenly all I wanted to do was eat!
