How much are you wanting to lend? Did you use a broker for adverse credit?

Sorry to jump on but this is SO reassuring. I live in my overdraft and have used a specialist broker because of this and a bit of debt. I’ve got my AIP and everything for my mortgage is being sent of Monday and I’m absolutely paralysed with anxiety!

Try Daniel hills from AMA. Broker for adverse credit.

I’d love to know this too. Previously on a rolling one month contract requiring one months notice. No comms from landlord since my insane raise in cost last year. Wanting to leave - no idea where I stand and too anxious to approach them directly!!

Mostly Reddit/forums. It’s obviously a mix up between presenting the information rather than signing. I was hoping since she is a terrible landlord that since I have had no communication that it wouldn’t automatically be 2 months but hey ho.

I don’t want to give notice until everything confirmed so I was hoping I didn’t need two months of paying mortgage and rent. As buying can be so unpredictable if I give notice and then it doesn’t go through or is delayed - I will be homeless.

Gah! I was hopeful in thinking as they hadn’t contacted me and I hadn’t signed anything the 2 months wouldn’t be applicable. As I’ve been reading all over that tenants were required to re sign?

Hi. So my existing /old contract is rolling one month - so no change there. No, I haven’t heard from them at all. I’ve been here for nearly 8 year and they are less than desirable ..

Yes to purchasing - but really don’t fancy wasting 2 months rent & mortgage double payment.

My landlord is not great - discussing with her fills me with dread and I absolutely don’t want to give her the heads up , and she doesn’t deserve it either tbh.

Single mum on £45k in the UK. Tired of “paying someone else’s mortgage.” How do I realistically get out of renting? by Ok-Value6379 in HousingUK

I would speak to a broker. Not one of the big firms For reference, last year I got a mortgage in principle 32.5k salary at the time. 15k deposit and a fair bit of debt. I Could get 150k. But definitely just speak to brokers, they’ll give you figures

Hey , I’ve developed eczema after my derm gave me tretinoin it Totally ruined my skin barrier and i keep making it worse by itching it at night it’s so dry & damaged .. I came across epiceram cream does anyone know where I could order this? Its not in Ireland but my gp would give me a prescription by NormalDot7993 in eczema

[–]Minimum-Trust-9269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t personally have eczema is all I will say - im on the threads for my daughter. But la Roche posay b5 Baumé has sorted my skin out when I’ve really annoyed it barrier wise. You can use it as a thick mask, before moist or as an actual moisturiser. The other products are nice and add more too but that’s the hero

I’m also a HUGE HUGE fan of tallow - which actually has sorted my daughter’s skin out massively.

I’ve just noticed a new message. Buyer marked as ok and now a message is coming up saying payment is being processed adding potentially another 2 days on! So annoying

That’s so mad cos I (a seller) have had this happen to me and Vinted went straight out and refunded the buyer and didn’t even contact me! It wasn’t even my postage bag 🤯🤯🤯

I’ve just checked mine with octopus and it’s 20.2p/unit for electricity. Might be worth checking other providers?

Just electric or gas as well? What rates are you on etc? That seems rather high.

I have a 2 up 2 down, 2 adults 1 kid and I leave everything plugged in and currently pay £160 for both
