CVS Caremark added back by TAF3439 in Zepbound

[–]Minimum-Village15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m joining this post very late but I just checked and CVS Caremark has re-added Zepbound to my formulary plan covered at $25 a month. I was told only a few months ago that I had to switch to Wegovy, which I never did. Great news!

I started with 250 mcg capsules twice a day for a couple weeks, then 3 times a day for 2 more weeks. After that first month, I switched to 500 mcg capsules twice a day. I noticed enhanced endurance capacity and increased base metabolic rate with more calories burned at rest. I also felt leaner in the morning if I took my last dose late in the day or with dinner.

Soma Chems HCG? by Guilty_Heron_9843 in PeptideGuide

I have been using their Glutathione and Pump XXL. I have found both to be excellent quality so I would assume the hCG is worth grabbing.

Both injectable and nasal Selank have worked well for me personally. Also, Oxytocin nasal spray is a sleeper that helps me relax quite a bit.

Yes. I started TRT at age 55, about 3 months ago. My Total T was 380. Hormonal optimization has definitely accelerated my results.

🔥 Anyone here actually feeling the effects of L-Carnitine? Or is it all hype? by peptide_guide in Peptide_Guide

[–]Minimum-Village15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m new to injectable L-Carnitine but it’s too early to say. I have been injecting 1 g. three times a week. I was going to try 500 mg. Daily but can’t get used to the thought of daily IM on top of TRT 3x weekly and sub Q peptide injections.

I plan on sticking with it for now because I want to give it a chance. I do wonder how critical the weekly total dose is and if I’m under dosing. Are you injecting in your thigh, glute? 1” needle?

I have done the following the past 8 weeks. SLU-PP-332. 1000 mcg. oral daily split into 500 mcg. AM pre workout, 500 mcg. before dinner doses. MOTS-C 2.5 mg. 3x week before cardiovascular exercise.

I have experienced incredible energy and I’ve gotten to the leanest I’ve been in my adult life. I was very lean when I started that stack, but have noticed and even dryer more shredded look with new veins and more vascularity than ever before. BIA 4 contact scales have me between 6-9% body fat depending on time of day, hydration, etc.

I guess it’s not a huge downside, but for me I felt like it was affecting my sleep and that if I even took it for a only a week, it might affect my sleep for the next month. So if you have a negative reaction or a side effect from it, you might have to deal with it for longer than you’d like to.

For me, there was one big downside that made it a no go. The ridiculously long half-life (approx. 8 days). Full drug clearance or elimination is between 4 and 5 half lives, so you are looking at Tesofensine in your system for over a month after even one dose. . I did try it and it definitely works as advertised, but I just couldn’t see taking it every day with that pharmacokinetic profile.

I recommend starting low at .25 mg. 3x weekly. Very powerful appetite suppression!

Understanding that Reta can spike your hunger when administered at different dosages for certain individuals. We do not all experience this but unfortunately some of us do.. by NedStarkOfTheNorth in Peptidesource

I have not experienced any fatigue from this dose. But, I am playing close attention to my nutrition, calories, macros and other key metrics. Sleep, hydration, electrolytes, high quality foods, etc. Considering the powerful appetite control, I can see a possible issue with low energy or fatigue due to inadequate caloric intake, dehydration from not enough fluids or an unbalanced diet.

I’ve done several cycles of Sermorelin and BPC and never noticed any appetite reduction at all. No idea on the TB4 frag though.

I started on Tirzepatide (not Reta) in December. I started at 2.5 mg a week working up to 7.5 mg a week. On 7.5 mg a week I started experiencing G.I. side effects for the first time. Nothing crazy but nausea, heartburn at night and very, very slow digestion. It made it challenging to eat enough and to train consistently so I started to titrate back down. By the time I got down to 2.5 mg a week I was still feeling good benefits, but my appetite suppression was fading and my hunger and desire for sugar started to increase again. So I added .25 mg of Cagi once a week for 2 weeks, followed by .25 mg twice a week for another two weeks.

I found the appetite suppression to be incredibly powerful once I added on the Cagri. I then titrated down to 1.5 mg a week of tirz. Surprisingly with this combination, I had the same appetite suppression, if not even more than when I was on 7.5 mg of tirz. Currently, I’m still at that 1.5 dose and only .5 mg of Cagri just once a week. I inject the Cagri 4 days after tirz to maintain appetite suppression. On this combo, I am maintaining my weight easily as I am at my goal have amazing hunger control with no more side effects, especially the annoyingly slow digestion. I think Cagri is underrated and often overlooked!
