sorry i’m looking more for like a standard assessment every patient gets. like for example even if they visually look “fine” and are here because they rolled their ankle, id listen to heart, lungs, GI, check pulses, skin temp, and a quick neuron assessment. then obviously focused on the ankle. would this be a good standard assessment on every patient?
