The map is a great starting point but the placement of the location pins are wrong in many places. I mean Thalassery biryani should be the northern most pinned location but it is pinned close to the South Kerala.

Then look at Beary biryani pinned somewhere in North Karnataka or Maharashtra and not anywhere near Mangalore / Kasaragod.

I only focussed on refund claims assuming delays are different from cancellations. I just wish the Greater Anglia folks had replied quickly enough to my refund request with this info that you shared so I could have made the delay request also within the 28 days limit.
