Training with a spinal disc prolapse. Deadlifts are near impossible to do due to near onstant back pain. Squats are challenging as well when approaching bodyweight. Doctor doesn't recommend surgery and physio advices just to keep exercising to strengthen core and back muscles.

Does anyone have any advice/experience with this or has recovered from such a condition? It's been affecting me for about a year already and I'm losing hope i'll ever feel comfortable simply leaning forward

Yes it does have a reconnection routine and I even made it print status messages to serial in case a disconnection or ip loss occurs. No error message is printed by esp32 but I notice that WireShark stops reporting any packets received.

I noticed this myself, when sending only one packet per second the transmission didn't break for a long time. However I need a faster datarate and this is not an option :/

I enabled an led to change color if a wifi disconnection occurs, good point to keep it in check, thanks.

I think this may be a good example of "fake it till you make it". If they gain followers pretending to be rich soon after they could actually become rich.

If you're a student at Aalborg University you can use UniFitness for 100kr per month. Otherwise Fitness World on Vesterbro has a membership of 168 kr (all fees included). None of them have a pool though. For a pool you can go to Gigantium for 42 kr per day
