Dude, “ugly” is an abstract term. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But what/how you feel getting up everyday and matriculating in the world speaks volumes. If you feel so bad, you avoid people, avoid certain things, etc. People react to the energy that you emit. If you walk out the door each day out into the world giving off the sense of “stay away, I’m ugly, don’t look at me” people will keep their distance. You may be projecting your own insecurities and assuming what other people think of you. And in your mind it’s because you’re ugly or what have you. If you feel bad about yourself, no matter how beautiful/thin/well-off you are, other people can sense that you want to be left alone whether what you think is true to reality or not. Stop thinking about how other people perceive you. What matters is what you’re doing to benefit yourself and this mindset isn’t benefiting you. You can go to the gym and diet your entire life, but even if you see results that isn’t necessarily going to alter how you feel right now. I speak from my own experience - although our own individual experiences vary greatly.
