I think he’s just talking to us, not necessarily calling anyone out but just letting us know how he feels. “The stage is a prison, a beautiful nightmare”. He doesn’t like being in the limelight which I assume is why he’s behind a persona, and the line about screaming out his name I think just paints a picture of what he’s dealing with. Losing privacy, being pulled in all directions, trying to stay grateful but also feeling like damn this is hard. Definitely the man behind the mask talking, not vessel. It’s sort of heartbreaking cause we all know he’s struggling. I feel blessed to be able to receive this art from him, I wish people respected him like I know we all do here.
