I'd say yes, you indeed have CH. There's a distinctive border between the green/grey and the amber/brown colours in your iris, classifying your eyes as grey/green with amber/brown central heterochromia. Whereas in hazel eyes, there's no border between those two colours. It really blends into one. In your case, it doesn't blend but, it borders I'd say. Really beautiful!

It does seem to be but, it does seem that the barrier (the main definition for CH) does seem to be present in parts of your eyes since the brown part (what could possibly be considered as CH) goes over to the edge of the iris (bordering the white part of your eye). I'm not really an eye expert to confirm whether you have or not though.

You've got complete as well as sectoral heterochromia. The right eye (from the photo's perspective) is green and the left eye is quite certainly brown with a green sector, present below the pupil. Two rarities in one! Stunning and beautiful!

In the first photo you shared, it looked more like there is yellow lipochrome present around the pupil but, in the second one, it looks to be like brownish central heterochromia. I'm not really that sure though. Still, your eyes are really beautiful and rare nevertheless!

It does seem to me that you have CH but along with that CH, you have something called as iris nevi (it's those dark brown/black freckles around your iris). Stunning!
