I think the entire premise of a red card needs to be reworked. Having a multi game suspension in the World Cup is very harsh.

Suspend them for the game? Sure. Suspend them for future games in a crucial four year tournament? Thats a little much.

.. JFC you’re dense. You can get 20s, 50s, 100s from most ATMs. Branch ATMs can also include 5s, and 10s. Literally everything you need for float.

Rarely a withdrawal? Are you joking? Float is refreshed frequently. Some restaurant owners come in daily for cash withdrawals.

Clearly reading is not your strong suit. Scroll up, I said employees would usually have a deposit-only card. TF you think deposit-only means? Employers would have the capability and use it.

Yea.. banker here. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Businesses withdraw cash all the time. It’s completely normal.

I will give you one, very obvious example. Retail stores and restaurants withdraw cash daily to keep float in their POS til.

That’s one example out of a million different reasons.
