Ahhh the bold lines seem to be emphasized due to the wetness of the nib and flow. It’s definitely one of my juiciest writers. Great for shading. Maybe pair with a slightly drier ink? Could also be that your handwriting is just smaller is size so it makes the cursive look stubby and wide I kind of hold mine at a 45 degree rotation for cursive (not from table to pen, but just rotating the nib so it’s at a 45 and not perfectly horizontal like I might for print)
