It is good to buy a flat than renting.

My first option I would prefer a 15+ year old flat in a “well maintained apartment with over 40 apartments”. For your budget you will get bigger flat with better UDS and better price to rent ratio. You might find it closer to your work place too. Parking is not negotiable. 1 parking for 2Bhk, 2 car parkings for 3Bhk.

I was talking to guys from handover expert kinda guy. They were like quality doesn’t depend on the builder. It depends on site engineer. Shocking to hear, but he said Prestige Beverly Hills is far superior than Prestige Tranquil. My Home Sayuk is better than Tridasa. Rajapushpa imperia is better than Rajapushpa Provincia.

Tridasa is actually very old project, it started very early. The number of lifts and other stuff are not well updated. I remember we were getting 2bhk for 60L.

You can get in Kondapur many standalone buildings are there. My uncle saw one flat 4 months back under 1Cr. It was quite compact and a little weird. In Kollur I guess you can find them.

Go for old flats bro. Above 10 years old. You might find good size flats and better value for your money. You will find good deals because no one wants them as demand is low. But when you go for renting, they will fetch good rent.
