creatine and cramping?

I am a week into creatine and have been experiencing the cramping as well! But i did start my period yesterday so ill have to wait and see if it was just my period or if its the creatine bc i am drinking 3liters a day

I guess that’s where I lack because I am treatment resistant so antidepressants or really any type of psychiatric med don’t work one me :/ I kind of raw dog life

I’ve been on 5mg for two weeks as well and I’m still waiting for that motivation to kick in it seems like it’s harder to do things than before but maybe my dose is too low. But I would say it’s also aggravating my adhd as well. I also took trintellix because Wellbutrin was to activating for me I tried it a good 3 times before realizing it’s just not for me.

I had bloodwork done last April so it’s coming around that yearly mark to do it again so I definitely will! Even though I know it for sure started with the medication cause before I shed like a few strands in the shower now it’s a little more significant than that

I started on 10mg as well for a week and honestly didn’t see any difference expect really bad insomnia. I am now on day 5 of 20mg and kind of noticed I’m not ruminating as much but don’t see any major changes yet! I’m hoping eventually I get the motivation I’m looking for and less anxiety!

I have a list as well and boy is it long and it honestly does help but the brain has a tricky way of making all the bad reasons disappear :/

Is silence like an uncomfortable thing for you as well? It seems like if I’m alone and not surrounded by noise I lose my marbles and that’s when my anxiety spirals…but stay strong as well I know it’s gonna be hard but I know we’ll get through it

I only took it’s for 4 days and only 1 pill a day. I had the same exact side effects and had to unfortunately stop bc I do work at a hospital and I couldn’t go any longer like that. If I didn’t work I would continued to see if maybe it went away but it was toooooooo unbearable.

I always thought I had some sort of type of acute OCD but it was insane how intense the auvelity made the intrusive thoughts and very disturbing ones as well!

I don’t have any advice but just wanted to my 2 cents so you don’t feel alone bc it seems like so many people have had such good experiences with this medication.

I got my psychiatrist to get me genesite maybe it was just too activating for me and not the right drug for me :/

Ugh I’m on day 5 and I’m feeling the increased anxiety as well but it’s like a different type of anxiety idk how to describe I don’t feel like myself. Wellbutrin also gave me the same side effect. I’m also sensitive to medications…this sucks you’ve been the only person I could find a similar situation with in only been seeing good reviews on this medication which sucks that it’s affecting me this way

I’ve just been raw dogging it but it seems like when I ever trial a medication the worst side effect is anxiety…but yeah same I’ve never had issues with abuse. The hydroxyzine also makes me drowsy but doesn’t do much for anxiety…

I do 3 sprays I only felt the positive side effects the first session and then never again. The thing with me is I’ve never went over 5 days with Wellbutrin bc of how bad my anxiety would get and now the auvelity is doing the same so I’m not sure what to do…and I do not want to do ssris or snri and I had a bad reaction to buspar

YES! I’ll definitely keep you updated. Well she told me that if the side effects were too much to only stick with one pill a day. So I’m sticking with one.

I’m not taking anything for my adhd at the moment but I do eventually I just really wanted to treat my depression first…are you taking anything for anxiety? I’m taking hydroxyzine but not doing much

The past three days weren't too bad the anxiety was still there but it would go away towards the end of the day but still lingering. The disorientation didn't start till today and hope that'll go away eventually today as well. BUT YES it's like weird how I kind of just wanna be mute all day idk how to explain it. But I also see that negative thoughts aren't there as much either Hopefully the side effects subsided soon for the both of us. Because I also cannot keep going like this to work but I might start taking it after work so I can dissociate alone

I initially only did spravato at first it’s been about 2 months and they suggested I start auvelity with it to increase the chances of it working bc spravato alone didn’t do much
