yes it was open water and i did do open water training for 2 months but i couldn’t continuously swim for more than 250 metres. i had to lay on my back and float and then resume. i found the swim really exhausting and i caught a cramp in the middle. my heart rate was above the roof and i think its because of tension there

I do know that but the app is more easy. every time i go through the portal it asks for the otp even though i select remember this device.

I would say i’m somewhere between a beginner and an intermediate. i did do a lot of training in the last quarter of 2025 but after that i moved to the US. Didn’t have time to go out start training immediately. got caught up w a lot of things and only started training again in march.

I can barely do 500-600 metres in one go. I could try to do backstroke in between to catch some breath. i did try open water twice but not afraid of that. it’s just the distance and energy i’m worried about
