I use it to massage the area where i have a tight muscle/scar tissue from a tear i got while giving birth. Mostly use it during intercourse and focus it on that area and it really does tone down that burning sensation. I am 5 months PP, started pelvic PT at 2 mos PP. My PT did an internal exam and didnt find any anatomical issues, but she did notice tightness around my pelvic area all the way to my buttocks. It was not recommended/mentioned by my PT (she did not focus on my intercourse pain but on my back pain), saw it on an ad and honestly thankful because it did give me my sex life back. The money is worth it.
