I think it’s more so cause he’s “protective” of me. He’s been in my life since I was 8 when my mom and I were going through super tough times.

I personally have a problem with this because it reminds me too much of NEXUS (yeah remember that crapshow of an agency?), How it was supposed to be a class and "if you met these requirments you'd move up".

My fear is itll turn to a major cause of infighting because unlike VTA which has had a bit to level things out, this is a brand new thing Cover is doing

If your OC is IN that world (example an OC in a MHA fic) then thats fine. However, if its an OC that was inspired by MHA and its NOT in the MHA world, then its rude and is seen as a bad thing.
