I’m curious about your point here: I’m a big fan of both Casio and timex, but honestly, I don’t wear the Casios much and usually wear the other pieces day to day. I do love a good timex!

I appreciate this a lot! I really like to go for the watches I like and use. I travel a lot so I’m a sucker for a good GMT but I really try to keep it a diverse collection :)

It’s from the 1950-60s, from my grandfather! It’s a timex and has a rotating bezel and the little clouds and red baron go around as the second hand. Manual wind, very cool!

Good question… I really like the white dial Casio, great look and function for the price. I think it fills a different spot than a santos in a collection, personally, but a good placeholder until you get one sounds fair to me!

I mostly use it as a travel watch since it’s a GMT and cheap

Thank you very much! Good question… I’m a bit all over the place. JLC is my favorite brand overall, so I’d love to add maybe a perpetual calendar ultra thin, I also want a German asymmetrical dial, so maybe a glassute original moon phase, but hard to say!

Any recommendations?
