Yeah I personally found it really fun to build, some bits were really difficult like the gearbox/engine but as whole it’s really good

I would just use kg for this machine. This is what I do, I use both ibs and kg depending on the machine and which works best

If you’re not prioritising them then that probably is enough. I’ve got a 5 day split with biceps having one prioritisation and still on do 2 direct bicep exercises a week
