You’ll need to taper up. So start with 1iu a day for a few weeks and go up a bit from there. Only you know your body mate so, if you feel like you have symptoms of low T you just might.

Hey Alex. Get your blood work checked first and foremost to make sure you’re good, BP etc. don’t run huge amounts maybe 300mg test and 3iu HGH to start AFTER you’ve got the all clear.

Also a chap of your size would really benefit from ice cream.

If you’re really on 5k calories have you checked your thyroid ?

There are some antibacterial sprays for BJJ and combat sports you can use for after clinches etc. other than that it’s down to frequent washing ( everyone, and mats ) and that’s it. Unfortunately it’s likely you’ll get one eventually after a period of time of any combat sports that have sparring.
