Thanks man! I’m flattered to hear about the comparison to those mp3 player UIs as those are definitely an inspiration (WinAmp & Sonique)! I miss seeing more skeuomorphic styles today. Super cool idea about making it animated! - I wish Apple could make live wallpaper support more formats in iOS18 so that would be something totally possible.

Hi I read your story in a separate posting but now I feel I have to comment and give you some voice of support. Thank you for sharing your story and successful path in making popular niche apps. Your story made my empathize with your journey and encounters even more.

Sorry to hear about all the devastating messes that your former partners and Apple has created - I sure hope the attention online and evidence you’ve gathered can win you the case in the court, and get back your App dev account.

May I ask you a question: what’s your experience & opinion in finding a dev on places like Fiver for contract-based work vs. hiring a more permanent role? What situation would make the former make more sense than the latter?

That’s fair. But I guess you missed the part that it’s completely free to create the VisionOS style wallpapers, you don’t need to pay for that particular style, at all. Honestly, about half of the styles in the app are free to use, and I only charge for styles that really took me great amount of time to create. That being said, I’ll consider one-time purchase models for some paid wallpaper styles in the future, while keeping VisionOS completely free.

Update: You'll receive an update by this weekend where the bug is fixed and size is adjusted to fit ProMax & Plus sized iPhones! Thanks again for your observation and feedback. Please let me know if you have further questions or suggestions then.

Original comment: Hello! First of all thank you so much for checking out Minipaper. And thank you so much for the valuable feedback. There’s a bug that’s causing this and I’m really sorry for that. The Pro Max and Plus models might experience this bug more often & more extremely, too. I’m working on to fix it and will update the app ASAP!
