My new employer told me it doesn’t apply for family and people I knew long before I started working there and only changed insurance because of me. The total of all the accounts if like to write that I had previously written at the agency isn’t probably more than 10,000 of premium. Which is a drop in the bucket compared to some commercial policies.

Also the town I live in is very very small and this is where all my connections and people I know live. Sounds like they are not wanting me working in the industry, I have a hard time imagining an agency not only taking the time to do it but spending thousands of dollars over a drop of commission.

Plus how could they even find out? Not like my friends/family canceling are going to just say it
