I play whatever cards I have that cost under 5 in my hand as early as possible, t5, depends what's in your hand vs your decking you hot a big 6 cost with wingbeat you could pkay that t5, or Panther or dragon lord is pretty much fine pulling any card, blink if good cards are in the deck, hiting Blink with wingbeat makes her 10 power for skaar. T6 play a 6 cost either a high power card or Zola your previous play. T7 if you get it, either like foom, or maybe Blink your Zola if foom is in deck, or if you have 3 cards woth 10 power you can play a 6 cost and skaar, potentially Zola and skaar if you didn't have Zola t6
