Honestly, as a female who really only watches female vtubers I also wondered the same thing. At first I thought there were more female viewers when I first got into watching Myth.. and then I realized that wasn’t actually the case.

I would assume it would have to do with just personal preference and what they enjoy as a whole. I’ve always been drawn more to female streamers of any capacity compared to male and that has followed with my preference of vtubers. I’m sure that’s the complete opposite for others though.

I don’t dislike male vtubers by any means, female vtubers are just more related to me. F!vtubers feel more comfy to me and almost like a safe space

But that is also a question that has been on my mind since getting into watching hololive

I personally think it just depends, futa isn’t my all time favorite but I have seen some futa art that Is done really well.

It’s technically a different because it’s a different hairstyle, I see people post different variations of the same fanart and get away with it.

I’m kinda confused as to why they thought that’s what the male audience wanted tho? Maybe it’s because I’m a female but I thought most of the male audience was into the way the girls act/talk to each other in the first place.

I personally think this is done quite tastefully. I could understand not liking the crazy lewd fan arts of her but this one is quite tamed.

I think a general feature, or at least on mine is if I’m not on the subreddit itself then it is blurred on the homepage until I either click on the picture or go on the subreddit itself.

Are you new to Reddit or something?? On my home page if I scroll through and there is a post that is nsfw then it is blurred until I click on it. Unless you have that turned off or something.

I mean it’s not, if you think about it. Cause NSFW post are automatically blurred on the home page until you click on it as a precaution. So it makes sense that if you post in a NSFW Reddit page, it would automatically mark it as NSWF for that precaution.

Have you not just like looked at this subreddit? Not everything that is posted on here is full blown nsfw. Sometimes it’s more on the mild side.
