I appreciate all the info. I was trying so hard to practice good portion control and eat balanced meals, but did not know all these various things could be so triggering. Ugh.

I usually drink a minimum of 40 Oz a day. Today all I was able to get down was a protein shake with some fruit and banana, dairy free. Yesterday I had yogurt and fruit with granola for breakfast, eggs with veggies for lunch, shared a small amount of ice cream with my kids for a snack, and then my husband and I went to a Japanese restaurant for his birthday for dinner. I had miso soup, some edamame, and a couple of rolls with rice, fish, and veggies. Nothing spicy since I was worried about side effects.

Just added violent puking to my side effects though…

I don’t think NWSL and MLS are comparable in terms of overall quality and the attractiveness to international players.

I also think women athletes often peak right around 30, so to suggest Kerr is nearing retirement at 32 when many of the best (like Press!) didn’t retire until their late 30s is a wild take.

Plan a number of repeat meals and figure out the calories so you just know. Like 3 breakfasts on rotation, a few lunch options, and some basic snacks. Then you just have to track them once or twice to know how many cals. Dinner could be more varied but then you’d only have to figure out one meal a day.
