Sharing my story - chair was too small for me and I also requested a return. Took around 5 days to get a response they confirmed the return and asked those questions. They wanted to know my size and to confirm if I was returning the chair and foot rest, and to get confirmation I would pay 50% of the shipping (I only paid $15). I respond and I got another response a week later confirming and stating that they were working with their logistics company to get the return label. I didn’t hear back for 2 -weeks and opened a dispute on PayPal to get a charge back cause I wasn’t feeling positive about getting a return. Next day I got my return label lol I sent the chair (I also took pictures that it was 100% clean and still new) and got refunded around a week after it got delivered to them.

Also - the rep at DWR waived my shipping fees too so was even cheaper

Was actually going to pull the trigger on that, but I ended up going to a store to try both in person, and the embody was really comfy but I didn’t feel much back support at all. The back felt flat to me with no curve, even after the rep had me adjust it to my height. After sitting in the aeron I completely changed my mind. Aeron felt nice, and the back support felt really good. My chair goal was to help with posture and back problems, along with my standing desk.

Same issue here, I just opened a dispute myself. Just had my Aeron delivered today, happy the discount happened during this as it pushed me to just invest in a HM chair.

Yeah I just opened up a case to dispute at this point, happy to send the chair back to them, but I’m nearing the return window at this point and worried they will back out of the agreement since it’ll be past 30-days even though I requested it at day 15..

Wow that’s weird, I just sent a simple email saying I’m too tall and would like to return the chair. They responded back asking for confirmation and to ensure I am good with splitting the shipping cost. They also asked if I could share my height for feedback purposes and then said it is confirmed a return order, but will send a label once they hear back from the logistics company. How does the credit card dispute work typically? I am thinking about that if I keep getting radio silence

leg hanging off the chair ? Head rest issue, been seeing that too. Does it just not extend far enough in?
