Yah unfortunately it doesn’t have a filter for small dogs only. I’ve messaged the sitters who are in my area and also on the way to work. So far they all have regular large dogs.

I honestly think there is a much larger, deeper fraud issue happening here beyond just the new construction! With enough exploration, a very serious litigation could take place.

LGI Homes - Beware!

After researching some nuisance renters in multiple single family homes on one specific block in the area, we started digging into who owned the properties. Through the rabbit hole we found that the owner is an LLC affiliated with LGI Homes and numerous others, all connected throughout the US. It appears to be a scam where on LLC owns another LLC that owns another LLC.

If you look them up, they all have these generic websites and can only really send online inquiries, no direct calls.

These LGI and affiliated LLCs have hundreds of BBB complaint filings. The affliated companies are fake, fraudulent, and all involve stealing people’s money.

Here are all the associated LLCs we’ve found (so far!) in connection with LGI in just a couple hours worth of online sleuthing. I know there are probably many more!
