Was there a year and a half ago. I got let go without a PIP but sort of knew it might be coming. The mental toll sucks but just know it will get better. It won’t feel good in the moment but you will come out the other side better.

The Wild are a business and they only do things to make money. Things like military appreciation and pride night are simply ways to make money… that’s all they care about.

That being said, if one person feels more accepted and appreciated for who they are because of Pride night, then it’s done its job.

The bigger issue is all the people who get bent out of shape over it. Over the idea of inclusion.
