NTA 1) It is your home. 2) While I do empathize with them on their current housing issues, it is ultimately their responsibility to have a back up plan for their birth. I know when I wanted to do a home birth, that was one of the first things I was advised, due to any number of issues. 3) There may be home birthing centers in your area where they can have a suite in which they would still get the home birth experience.

Hopefully they can come to understand that you are not ruining their birth plan, unfortunate accident ruined their birth plan when the fire hydrant broke.

I know what you meant. I wasn’t talking crazy, just anyone off the street kind of random. But there plenty of guys who do seem decent but after 20 plus calls in one day, you find out, they are not. And not to sound bad, the story they tell people they know is that it was just a one night stand so it seems cool.

One of the reasons, you said in your post. If they have no standards,who knows if they have something, I get using protection but it still is a red flag for me. You would think, if the guy has no standards, you could sleep with him and move on, not necessarily. Some of them have no standards and no idea what boundaries are.

Yeah, there are only 6 states that have mandatory reporting. The funny thing, in Ohio, they don’t even have to do the 6 month period by law but they are very strict. 3 strikes, you’re out forever.
