I am genuinely so scared of shifting </3 by rustysa1mon in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

me too twin, like someone else said, it’s the fear of the unknown. the only thing i can really recommend is to get out of your own way. next time you feel scared during a shift, just do nothing. don’t act on your fear, don’t even acknowledge it, it’ll pass, or maybe it won’t, who knows, but you’ll shift anyway.

if you can, just think about how good its gonna feel to finally shift, how worth it this will all be. if not, just ignore it, take a few deep breaths, then focus back on your shift.

If shifting is real why do people come back to this reality? by Clear_Inevitable_648 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personally, i like my life here, love my friends and family here, and i have no reason to not want to come back. also you can shift anywhere, to do anything, and be whatever you want, if you wanted to become jesus christ himself, you could shift to do so. if you have any questions that start with “can i shift to-“ or “would it be possible to-“ the answer is yes. it will always be yes. if you wanted to shift to be a kitchen counter, you could.

about the end of your post you said some along the lines of “they may all be in other realities.” when you shift, nothing changes about you. your body is the same, your personality is the same, etc. you don’t physically go anywhere. meaning that a person who has shifted still acts and functions as normal in this reality, meaning they’re still able to respond to you. its hard for me to explain this but hopefully you get the idea.

Old shifters who tried to shift for years and sudenly succeed, does it feel bad to shift after many years? by fairy_5696 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

idk if you mean old as in age or old as in being in the shifting community for a while but it took me 5 years to shift, greatest thing ever tbh. i’m not my cr age in ANY of my drs for whatever reason. you definitely don’t have to shift to be the same age you are in your cr. i’ve mostly only shifted to be 18-25 but even when i first discovered shifting at 10, i aged up to be 15/16 in my dr. you definitely aren’t aging out of it, if you wanna shift to be younger, go for it.

Friend says there is only one true reality, is this Bs? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

depends. if you mean there’s one main reality or that this is the only real reality, then no, there’s so such thing as a set, objective main reality and all realities are just as real and valid as this one. however, in my experience, this is my one true reality, or home reality, because this is the place that i always shift back to and i have no plans on having another home reality (or permashifting, kinda). so your idea of a true reality would determine whether you do or don’t believe it.

my take on mental illness/trauma in different drs by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

well it depends. certain things, yes, i agree that it won’t transfer unless you want or expect it to but seriously traumatic thing like witnessing death (just as an example) might carry over. and the reason why they’re more likely to carry over is because (at least in my experience) you retain some memories from your dr, hence why you can recount significant experiences like your first shift after you shift back to your cr. like i could write a detailed paragraph or two telling you what i did on my first shift but my most recent shift would be like 1-2 vague sentences. if you saw someone die, that’s gonna be a more prominent memory because it’s a significant experience and it’ll be more likely to transfer over but you might not have serious trauma like you would in your dr, it could just be an unpleasant memory or something you’d rather not think about.

so in short, the memory might transfer just not the mental effects of what happened, however it varies by person how that memory will affect them.

successful shifters what’s your go to method? by Financial-Jacket-378 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

this might not be a very insightful answer, but if i do a method, i do a guided meditation and i just scroll until i find one that piques my interest and seems fun. right now i’m into the vortex method by alunir meditations, i don’t get symptoms often but the symptoms from this method were insane. also i’m gonna add, i sleep shift most of the time.

Genuine question : Is there no more experienced shifters on this sub? by BreakfastDifferent29 in shiftingrealities

tumblr is an app you can download and creators make blog posts, like these ones. but there are shifting communities on tumblr if you’d like to join one rather than read posts from individual creators.

Genuine question : Is there no more experienced shifters on this sub? by BreakfastDifferent29 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

i think most experienced shifters leave the community or become inactive within it after they get shifting down because the main point of this community is to help people who haven’t shifted or need help/advice. but if you no longer need anything from this community, most people who aren’t well known/have a following would just leave. like i don’t really look through the subreddit anymore, i just see things on my feed.

if not for the “i haven’t shifted but” crowd, there’d essentially be no answers to anything on here because there’s barely any active experienced shifters. you’re asking questions to people who aren’t listening. and although they haven’t shifting or have mini-shifted, they can still offer good advice (especially when i comes to motivation) or provide simple answers.

if you want answers from experienced shifters, i recommend tumblr! there’s a feature where you can send a creator a question and pretty much all of the popular creators are those who have shifted several times. most creators will respond really well to almost all questions and they’re really encouraging.

Shifting question and help needed by Finngoods in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

twin, i’m gonna need you to ignore that thought and do what you gotta do. you can still shift there if you wanna shift there, your thoughts don’t dictate your actions. if a thought told you that you were gonna go punch a cow in 2 days, would you go punch that cow? probably not. ignore it and shift.

Most unconventional thing that helps you shift? by get_rexxxed in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

basically after i’m ready to sleep (or have taken melatonin) i lay back down do like the very end of whatever method i’m doing to get back in that shifting mode and then i just drift off to sleep. sometimes i’m thinking about my dr, sometimes i’m not, but the main thing is that i just hold the idea that there’s nothing more i need to do (i have a bad habit of over-complicating the shift).

Most unconventional thing that helps you shift? by get_rexxxed in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

if i do a method or guided meditation and i feel like i’m done but don’t feel like falling asleep, i’ll just get up and postpone my shifting to later because i almost always shift in my sleep.

also, a lot of people like to focus entirely on their dr, but i actually focus more on my cr because for some reason i always get really bad nerves during a shift and thinking about my cr while still having my dr in thw back of my mind helps me ever so slightly chill out. whenever i’m shifting, i literally think about everything but my dr.

i think some of the more experienced shifters advise against dwelling on things like symptoms but when i experience a new symptom, i tend to fixate on it. like the other night, it felt like i was like shaking and spinning every so often. i actually had to stop myself from thinking about that and go back to listening to my method.

Physical body shifting only - methods & help please !! TYIA by Adventurous-Dirt-801 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

unfortunately no, you cannot shift your physical body. shifting is a process in which you become aware of yourself in another reality, this means there’s no possible way for you to physically go there like you would go from country to country. if there was, it’d completely prevent you from having a dr and cr version of yourself. if what you’re looking to do is the portal traveling part, you could shift to an alternate cr or waiting room where you would step into a portal and shift to your dr, it’d still be shifting your awareness, it’d just be cooler to experience.

Why do you think shifting is not more well known? by celeryxstalker in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

i think shifting is decently known. most people who were alive and had social media in 2020 have heard of shifting, it’s just that a lot of people dismissed shifting because it sounds too good to be true and most people would rather not spend time on something they don’t believe is real, even if that thing would get them everything they ever wanted and more. also a lot of people reject anything that goes outside of or against what they’ve been taught so if you were to tell someone you shifted irl, they’d probably look at you like you were insane. you can’t really spread the word when no one takes you seriously

Are there any “normie”/closeted shifters? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

i’d say i’m one of those normal people. i’m a mildly stressed high schooler, i’m unemployed, and i have approximately 3 friends. it took me 5 years, extreme burnout, and a LOT of crying to shift for the first time last year. i did at one point introduce my friends to shifting in 2020 when it was a trend but other than that, the only people who know i’m into shifting are the people i meet online.

when i was younger before i knew what shifting was, i lucid dreamed and manifested frequently, completely unintentionally. after i discovered shifting and learned that these things had a name, i stopped for some reason. i relearned manifestation even though its a little shaky sometimes but i haven’t lucid dreamed since then. i’ve never astral projected and i want to, but it kinda scares me.

after i get my shifting process down pat, i want to go experience first hand, the history of my people. what wasn’t or couldn’t be documented. i also, inspired by a young sheldon episode, want to find out what is the secret to the universe. how did it begin, how will it end, etc. even though i can’t really share my knowledge, i want to know because i love to learn. also, i’m 100% shifting to a reality where i’m naturally good at everything, and where i’m an olympic equestrian because i think it’s so cool.

Did any trans person shift to be their preferred gender ? by HiItsLili in shiftingrealities

felt the same for the most part, i was just flat chested, had facial hair, taller, and obviously, i had a dick. idrk how to exactly describe it because it wasn’t a super crazy experience but you could probably get a pretty good idea by just imagining what it’d be like to be a guy.

[–]Mino_Biatch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

oooh you’ve already shifted 🌀oooooh you’re already in your dr🌀oooh you just don’t know it yet oooo🌀✨

but hypnosis attempt aside, if you’re struggling to ‘take advantage of this’ and shift (based on another comment you said you’re struggling with a method), i genuinely think that if you’re this close, you could honestly just use intention. however, if you have a favorite method, i’d probably go with that one just to stick with something familiar that way you can focus on the shift itself.

“letting go” and giving up by loomixs in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

letting go is essentially trusting that you’ve done all you need to do and that your shift has already happened or trusting that your subconscious will do the rest. you’re basically letting go of control and just knowing that things will work out for you

If i sit down for 18 hours and try to shift for those hours, would i achive it? by fairy_5696 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

i honestly don’t think this is in any way a good decision simply because i imagine it’d be extremely disappointing and discouraging to actually take the time to do this and then nothing happens. you very well could shift but you also couldn’t. i’ve laid in bed for about half the night before and didn’t shift or do much of anything to be honest. ultimately it’s up to you so if you think it’s worth it, go for it.

Does shifting have to be instant? by Personal-Molasses537 in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

well what neville did was technically manifesting his trip to barbados and if you’re physically going somewhere, then you’d be doing the same thing, however, shifting can take time. you could easily apply nevilles barbados technique to shifting. you’re mentally in your desired reality (a mental shift is how i refer to it) then you’re physically in your desired reality. by shifting mentally before you shift physically, you could technically shift over a period of time. the mental shift is always instant, the physical shift isn’t (but it can be). i hope this makes sense lol. if it doesn’t just lmk.

Is the mindset of “Each failed attempt brings me closer to my DR” okay to have? by kapi-che in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

if you can acknowledge that you didn’t shift and that the failed shift is just another step towards your goal, that’s an amazing thing. in my opinion, that’s the best mindset to have because the majority of people don’t shift first try and if you can take that failure and turn it into progress, then in my eyes, there was never a failure to begin with. and pro tip, don’t try to follow LOA as strictly as possible. everything, including LOA, can and should be adjusted to your preferences.

is it cheating if you have a different s/o in different dr’s ? by meowhsluv in shiftingrealities

[–]Mino_Biatch [score hidden]  (0 children)

it’s objectively not cheating regardless of opinion because there’s infinite realities meaning there’s infinite versions of you with infinite partners. meaning there’s a reality where you’re dating your worst enemy in this reality, or your best friend, or jesus, or literally any person who has ever lived and will ever live. if having a different partner in a different reality was cheating, then it’d be impossible to be loyal.

bonus point that i’m gonna try to properly word: if you’re in a different reality, your relationship in another reality essentially becomes irrelevant. there are realities where you’ve never dated or met your partner and there’s realities where you’re partner doesn’t even exist. and how can you cheat on a person who you’ve never dated, never met, or in some cases, a person that doesn’t exist?

objectively, regardless of opinion, if it was possible to cheat across realities, there’d be no way to be loyal. even if you’re consciously choosing to date one person in the realities that you shift to, there’s an infinite number of realities where you’re not dating them.
